Your contacts never leave your phone. Not now. Not ever. That is not a policy. That is how the app is built.
Kill The Call ("the App") is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We do not collect it, store it, transmit it, or profit from it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, how it uses it, and what we never do with it.
Kill The Call uses the following information exclusively on your device to provide its core functionality:
All processing occurs entirely on your device. MyChatVault LLC has zero access to your contacts, call history, or any personal information on your device.
If you submit a support ticket through the App, we collect:
This data is used exclusively to investigate and resolve your support request. It is stored securely on servers located in the United States. It is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond support resolution. Support data is retained for 12 months then permanently deleted.
You may request deletion of your support data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Data."
Kill The Call requests the following Android permissions:
Because Kill The Call processes all data on-device and transmits nothing, there is no server-side data to secure regarding your contacts or call history. Support ticket data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to MyChatVault LLC personnel only.
Kill The Call is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (limited to support ticket data). To exercise these rights contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
MyChatVault LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
